Awesome Staff and great place to live. The location is perfect- you re close to all that you need, and there are two of everything (Walmart, Home Depot, Kroger etc.); and at least one option is within walk-in distance. The property is well maintained, and the recreational park is literally next door . . . You may walk there, no need to take the street). Jackie is amazing, she has that people touch, real customer service attitude, and she has a great team. Thank you to the GrovePoint staff for being awesome.

The staff are very professional, friendly and try there best to help with any issues or concerns that I have. Two of them especially, Jackie and Hory have been amazing at getting things done for the Grove Point community and answering any questions that I have. I m also always kept well informed about what s going on in our community (charity events, pool functions, meet and greets...etc,) via email. I do and would recommend living here for anyone looking for a good place to live.

Ive lived at Grove Point Apartments for about 6 months now

Ive lived at Grove Point Apartments for about 6 months now, and overall my experience has been very pleasant. I live in a 1 bedroom, which is cozy yet big enough for myself. I have not experienced any bug or roach problems, however I make a habit to keep my apt clean. A lot of cats wander the parking lot of the complex, which is reassuring to me that I will never experience a mice problem, thankfully. The women that work in the leasing apartment are what really made my experience here great so far. They are personable, yet professional, and always make time to ensure that your issues are handled, even at their busiest business hour. Ive had some issues with maintenance taking a while to complete work orders, but other than that, I have enjoyed my first apartment experience living on my own. Everyone on staff is friendly, the area is extremely quiet, and I feel 100% safe ( there are 3 locks on the doors). I recommend that you give Grove Point a chance to make your apartment, a home.

Looking for affordable and dependability

If youre looking for affordable and dependability. Grove Point is the way to go. Maintenance is always on time and friendly (not like others ive encountered). The office staff always greet me with smiling faces and positive attitudes. Ill def be renewing my lease with them. Looking for a home, why not here!

I love living here. My apartment is adorable

I love living here. My apartment is adorable and I m always getting compliments whenever I have visitors. The office staff is super helpful! Hory moved my roommate and I move in and she s been extremely helpful with everything we need. Whenever we need something fixed in our apartment (which is very rare) the maintenance staff is very quick. The best part of it all is the apartment complex is dog friendly and very quiet!

My favorite thing is the app, I use it to put in any work

My favorite thing is the app, I use it to put in any work orders I need done around the apartment and maintenance comes within days of putting in my request. Janelle and Jackie are awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I wish would get better is the dog park, maybe some grass for our four legged friends would be nice :) overall its a great place to stay for the price.

I am new and am loving it everyday

I am new and am loving it everyday. The maintainece people are excellent. I asked for a few things to be fixed and i guess they noticed more so they fixed it with out being asked. They are a VERY child friendly neighborhood. And every one in the lease office is always smiling and very helpful. Ill be here for a long time!

My mother has been living here since November 2013

My mother has been living here since November 2013. My mother loves it here! I was surprised when she chose to stay here over moving into a house. My mother told me that the staff is warm, welcoming and attentive to residents needs. I have experienced that myself. There is a nice feeling of community here. I would highly recommend it.

Overall good experience and recommendations for improvement

Parking after midnight is scarce I hear my neighbors only when they are coming downstairs, are outside, or are in the breezeway the grounds have a picturesque view It is a nice community to walk through plenty zen places benches and wide lawns . To further protect all children in the neighborhood, I would encourage Grove Point to add more speed humps. To increase, aesthetics, all stairways and balconies should be pressure-washed on a monthly basis. Additionally, residents on main bottom floor could benefit from WEEKLY pest control in the summer... for exotic insects centipedes, gnats, etc . Once a request is submitted for Maintenance the office responds within a fairly reasonable timeframe. Updates are sent via phone, email, and the online resident portal, especially if there is a delay. I was PERSISTENT with my requests, and very grateful when maintenance completed the job. Due to a flooding and eventually move of a neighboring resident, roaches entered my apartment. I was startled because I had not seen any such thing it was my 6th month of living at Grove Point. At the sighting, immediately, I called the front office and submitted several maintenance requests maintenance responded weekly and changed to a more EFFECTIVE pest company. THANK GOD The pest control man is amazing. He is VERY knowledgeable, thorough, and he carries an effective mixture. A few ladies in the front office are personable and attentive to residents. I encourage the other lady to strengthen her customer service skills and presentation to prevent harm, offense and disrespect to all residents. Overall, Grove Point is a pleasant living community. Future recommendations include consistent schedule for locked gates, more resident activities, and regular maintenance of breezeways patios i.e. frequent patio paintings, pressure washing . Again, add more speed humps to deter potential pedestrian injuries deaths.

The property is fairly maintained but there are some issues

The property is fairly maintained, however there are areas that do not receive as much attention. For exmple the stairwells probably need the most attention as far as cleaning and do not receive. There are also spider webs in the stairwell that should be removed. In addition, the pet policy should be enforced a little bit more to keep loose dogs from imposing a threat or danger especially to the children and elderly.

I have lived Here for approximately 2 1/2 months

I have lived Here for approximately 2 1/2 months since the apartments my particular building is quite the apartments are spacious . I have noticed a few bugs with them I apartment. The apartment employees are really slow with resolving issues they’re very reactive instead of being proactive on issues. I have called to have a few things fixed in my apartment and still haven’t heard back. It doesn’t appear to be understaffed I just don’t believe their organized. with in the apartment they have an extremely bad cat issue hopefully things will change moving forward is the place I has tons of upside it’s affordable good location

Its decent.

There are a lot of cats which is good and bad. I'm sure they keep certain pests away but they need to not pee and hang out on my patio furniture. My Neighbors upstairs have this cute little white dog that pisses and shits right outside my door or in areas where people have to walk I've seen the owners let the dog do this , it'd be nice if the owners would make it relieve itself somewhere else. Other than that, its just apartment living, gotta deal with some BS literally. Also the resident portal should be a little more up to date on posting rent due and letting residents know if information is correct. Oh yeah, parking sucks. There are two cars parked right outside my building that NEVER move its webs growing on them . Why not park those cars away and free up some space for other residents who actually need parking everyday

NICE BUT NOT COMFORTABLE

WHAT IT'S LIKE LIVING HERE 3MONTHS IN.........THE WALLS ARE THIN, MY NEIGHBOR ABOVE ME AND HER DOG WALK VERY HARD, THE LADY ACROSS FROM ME HAS A HUGE HAIRY DOG, THEREFORE THERE IS DOG HAIR ALL OVER THE STEPS AND WALKWAY. THE BUILDING I LIVE IN IS FAIRLY QUITE. THE GROUNDS AREN'T PROPERLY KEPT. IM NOT SURE WHY BUT WHEN LETTERS ARE PASSED OUT SOMEONE JUST THROWS THEM ALL OVER THE PLACE, BUT THERE ARE LITTLE CLIPS BESIDE EACH DOOR TO HANG THEM. THERE ARE SPIDER WEBS ALL OVER THE BUILDING INCLUDING THE BALCONY AND IT NEEDS TO BE PRESSURE WASHED. ALSO, THERE IS ONLY ONE DUMPSTER AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE PROPERTY THAT IS ALWAYS OVERFLOWING. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY BUT THE GATE TENDS TO BE OPEN ALOT. AND WHEN IT IS CLOSED AND PEOPLE CANT GET IN, THEY TEND TO ENTER THROUGH THE EXIT GATE ONCE SOMEONE HAS EXIT THE PROPERTY. MAINTENANCE IS PRETTY QUICK AND EFFECTIVE INSIDE THE APARTMENT , YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED THEM. IVE HAD THE TUB FAUCET TO FALL OFF, LEAK AROUND MY TOILET, AND WATER LEAKING DOWN THE BATHROOM WALL FROM THE AC UPSTAIRS. THE LEASING OFFICE STAFF AREN'T ABLE TO MULTI-TASK. THEY RARELY ANSWER THE PHONE AND IF YOU WALK IN WHILE THEY ARE SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON PREPARE TO BE IGNORED. OVERALL IF YOU ARE ABLE TO LOOK PASS THE OUTSIDE, HOPEFULLY NOT HAVE LOUD NEIGHBORS, NOT NEED MUCH FROM THE OFFICE STAFF, AND MAINTENANCE ISN'T BUSY, THIS WOULD BE AN OK PLACE TO LIVE

New resident

I like the amenities, 24 Hour gym, pool is great, an u can use a credit card to wash laundry. The parking could be better but hey can't control the people who live here. Office could correct there mistakes instead of marking the resident fix it.....

I love the service here!

I love the service here! The manager always makes sure the area is always clean and always improves the property everyday. The leasing agents are always so positive and welcoming. So much more improvement than the last company.
